This Policy explains how Agency Insurance Services U.S. (“AISUS,” “we,” or “us”) handles information within its websites, applications, and rating and policy-administration services (the “Services”).
We process insurance application, quote, and policy information — such as names, contact details, property and vehicle details, and related underwriting information — needed to rate, quote, and administer insurance.
This information is contractually provided to us by licensed insurance agents and agencies under written contract, on behalf of their applicants and policyholders. The submitting agency is responsible for obtaining any consent required from its clients. We do not collect this information directly from the public.
We use the information solely to provide the Services — rating, quoting, underwriting support, policy administration, and related document handling — for the submitting agency and the carriers it represents. We do not use it for advertising.
AISUS does not sell, rent, or trade personal information. All data is kept private and is shared only as necessary to deliver the Services (for example, with the relevant insurance carrier for the policy in question) or where required by law. We do not share data with third parties for their own marketing.
Where you have provided a mobile number, AISUS or your agency may send service-related text messages (for example, quote, policy, or account notifications). Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Mobile phone numbers and consent are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing, and are not shared for any purpose other than delivering the Services.
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption of data in transit, and limit access to authorized personnel. We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services and to meet legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
Applicants and policyholders should contact their insurance agent to review or correct their information. Agencies may contact AISUS regarding data handled on their behalf.
