These Terms govern access to and use of the websites, applications, and rating and policy-administration services (the “Services”) provided by Agency Insurance Services U.S. (“AISUS,” “we,” or “us”). By accessing the Services you agree to these Terms.
AISUS provides insurance rating, quoting, underwriting support, policy administration, and related document services to licensed insurance agencies and the carriers they represent. Quotes and rating results are estimates and are subject to carrier underwriting and approval.
Access is limited to insurance agents, agencies, and carriers operating under a written contract with AISUS. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Access may be suspended for misuse or non-compliance with your contract.
You agree to use the Services only for legitimate insurance business and in accordance with applicable law. You may not attempt to access data you are not authorized to view, interfere with the Services, or copy, scrape, or redistribute data except as needed to conduct the insurance business for which access was granted.
Information submitted through the Services is contractually provided by licensed insurance agents on behalf of applicants and policyholders. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy. AISUS does not sell customer data.
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AISUS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for reliance on rating results that remain subject to carrier approval.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
